The success of The Stockwell Downtown Condo development by Innocept has fostered a new Kelowna condo development at the corner of St Paul and Clement. The Stockwell condo project was a four story 32 condo unit construction project with a budget of $12 million. The project is in preconstruction stage and has passed city approval for development.

The area includes Prospera Place the Kelowna Rockets home rink, The Kelowna Theatre, The Rotary Centre for performing arts, The Laurel Packing house Museum, The Central Okanagan Library, The War Memorial Museum, Kasugai Gardens, The Art Gallery and the Kelowna Yacht Club.

It is also home to one of Kelowna’s best features with the lakeside boardwalk that runs from City Park at Harvey Ave all the way past Kerry Park, Stewart Park, Waterfront Park and Tugboat Beach until it reaches Manhattan Avenue at the north end of Discovery Bay on Sunset Drive.

From this new condo development you will be able to walk to work downtown, ride to Knox Mountain park, hit local shops, boutiques and restaurants and enjoy the area’s growing Micro brewery scene with Red Bird, Tree Brewery, Kettle River Brewery and BNA Brewing.

These units will start in the mid $200,000 for 1 bedroom condos. The 2 bedroom condos and the townhouses will be priced accordingly. For the first time home buyer these new condos will provide a good opportunity to enter the real estate market. And with so many hi-tech jobs available in the downtown core there is the opportunity to walk or cycle to work.

Innocept has partnered with Traine Construction on The Stockwell Downtown condo project. We will wait and see if they are building St Paul Kelowna with Traine as well. Traine has a strong history of building multifamily units in BC and Alberta. They currently have 3 projects underway in Kelowna and should have capacity for St Paul Kelowna in the coming months.
