Predator Ridge

The Commonage, Whitetail and Affinity Homes

Very few Okanagan new home developments can compare to Predator Ridge. Predator Ridge started over 30 years ago as an idealistic links style golf course through tranquil Okanagan hills between Okanagan Lake and Kalamalka Lake just 15 minutes south of Vernon. The area was home to rural homesteads and rustic ranches surrounded by gorgeous pine forests and open grasslands.  Up on The Commonage you find the relaxed charm of the Okanagan. With a backroad feel the area is quiet and peaceful and now a perfect setting for one of Canada’s premiere golf resorts.

Predator Ridge is now home to over 700 families. The community is an enclave for golf, biking, yoga and the Okanagan way of life. The Golf resort provides 36 holes of championship golf and is kept in pristine condition to offer an unparalleled experience.

Currently new homes are being built in several subdivisions in the community’s 1200 acres. The larger single family lot subdivision at Whitetail offers luxury home sites. These new homes are modern designs with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, outdoor living areas and dynamic rooflines. Whitetail is currently sold out with homes under construction in this beautiful ridge location between the 3rd and 13th fairways on the Ridge Course.

Down the street on Predator Ridge Drive Affinity Homes is building a series of ten luxury townhouses that line the first fairway of the Ridge Course. These are 2 bedroom plus den modern homes with beautiful floor plans at 2553 square feet. Each new home features master bedroom and second bedroom on the top floor with luxurious bathrooms and walk in closets.  Affinity Homes is known for their excellent finishing and attention to detail.

Priced at over $1 million these golf community homes will be some of the best fairway homes available in the Okanagan this year.
