A new 14 story Kelowna condominium project has approval for the corner of Ellis and Clement right next door to the BNA public house and Prospera Place. GSL Group of Vancouver, the original builder of Prospera Place and the owner of the Capri Mall property on Gordon Road and Hwy 97 has submitted plans to the city for the new Ellis Parc condo developments.

GSL already owns the land which is currently used as a parking lot. The city of Kelowna had asked GSL to consider improving the parking allocation for the Kelowna condos to help with the overall congestion that occurs in the area during events and Hockey games. GSL has made these updates and the project is underway.
